We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of our deodorizing device, [SD-04], at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda. Before the introduction, there were issues with lingering scents from customers' perfumes. This was particularly common with international guests, many of whom use perfume, leading to cases where the scent would remain in the room. There were guest rooms that could not accept reservations due to the lingering scent problem, but this improved with the use of our device, resulting in a decrease in such issues. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - With the easing of entry restrictions, many guests began to visit, leading to an increase in lingering scent problems. ■ Results - The deodorizing effect is strong, so there were guest rooms that could not accept reservations due to lingering scents, but this improved with the use of Haru Industry's device, resulting in a decrease in such issues. We would like to introduce a case study of the "Room Deodorization Device (SD-04)" implemented at Resort Trust, Inc. The company is very attentive to odor issues, and before the introduction of this device, they used ozone generators. However, the unique smell of ozone often lingered, making it difficult to sell the rooms. After trying our product, they found that it effectively eliminated cigarette odors, and complaints significantly decreased. Additionally, even in non-smoking rooms where smoking occasionally occurred, the deodorization was effective enough to make the rooms sellable by the next day, which has been a great help to them. We would like to introduce a case where Greens Co., Ltd., which operates Comfort Hotels nationwide, has implemented the room deodorization device "SD-05" in all of its 119 facilities. To address this, they adopted a deodorization device that uses plant-based liquid agents, which can be safely used in spaces where cleaning staff work.
